This is a great alternative if you want to celebrate your hen party, birthday party or just girls’ night at home.
We can cook together and I would be delighted to teach you some Italian recipes. You will also be privy to much sought after Italian secrets, hints and tips passed down to me from my Grandmother. If you prefer I will take all the hard work out of it; you can relax and unwind with a glass of wine while I serve you up a true taste of Italy. The venue can be your place, or a prestigious apartment in Dublin. All of my dishes are home made from the freshest ingredients. Nothing is pre-packaged. I am happy for you to watch me preparing the food from scratch but I can also cook in advance and just deliver the food to you, whichever meets your needs best.
I have a set menu but feel free to make any requests or suggestions as I am very flexible. Not only Bruschetta, Lasagne or Tiramisù: if there is a dish you are keen to experiment with I will be happy to include it in my repertoire.
I also specialise in gluten free, diary free and vegetarian dishes.
